Dr. Kelvas has been writing for the past 11 years and is currently funded to write a novel. In her free time, she balances Crossfit with yoga, meditates, and plays with her Australian Retriever.

Lisa and her spouse give back by volunteering in many organizations within their community, in Mid-Missouri. You will often find Lisa on a hiking trail or spending family time with children and grandchildren.
